Reservations & Cancellations

We reserve periods of time just for you. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. A fee may be charged for missed appointments upon discretion of UFO.

Bridal Parties

A deposit and signed contract are required to schedule a bridal party. Cancellation of bridal parties must be 14 days in advance. Bridal policy is available upon request at the front desk.
