Jeannette Smith

Massage Therapist

  •    Graduated from Rutgers with a double major in Psychology and Women.s Studies.
  •    Spent several years as a counselor working with individuals in crisis, dealing with issues of domestic violence, abuse, depression, anxiety, and addiction.
  •    Found both massage and yoga to be essential to human healing process.
  •    Continued her training at Health Choices Holistic Massage School and Devalia Yoga.
  •    Has since earned National Certification and pursued specialized training in CranioSacral Therapy and Myofacial Massage
  •          Both of these scientific and holistic traditions provide immediate relief from tension, stress, fatigue, and muscular pain
  •    During a massage session, Jeannette encourages her clients to breathe and stay in tune with breathing
  •    She believes it is essential to recognize what each individual needs to stay body centered:
  •          As this centering process evolves, it has a calming and restorative effect on the mind, body, and spirit, ultimately creating an eagerness to take this practice into other facets of one.s life.
  •    Hopes to lead her clients to feel curious about the tension they feel in their body and how it relates to their life experience in a broader sense.

Kathleen Wynn

Kathleen believes each client is unique, therefore each massage is unique.
  •    Became part of the UFO family in November of 2006
  •    After 20 years in Corporate America, a downsizing allowed Kathleen to pursue her 2nd career, Massage Therapy.
  •    Due to her mother.s suffering from degenerative arthritis of the spine, Kathleen learned how to ease the pain and muscle spasms in her teenage years.
  •    Graduated in April of 2005 from Health Choices Holistic Massage School in Hillsborough, NJ
  •    Uses many modalities Eastern and Western in her approach to massage including:

  •          Deep Tissue
  •          Shiatsu
  •          Reflexology
  •          Sports
  •          Prenatal
